Yeah, yeah not too creative on this one. But there's my painted nails on the beach.
Lotsa green in this picture, but there is also a hidden...something. Can you see it??
I'm pretty proud of this shot. I attempted to do this as a self portrait, which was not working, and then I asked my younger sister to take one of me...and that didn't work out too well either. So in the end, I opted to getting one of another sister. And I love it!
Do you see a shape in this picture?
I'm a sucker for clouds. I love to look at them, take pictures of them, fly in them, fly above them; I just love clouds. It was a little hard driving to MI, because the clouds were so pretty that day and all I wanted to do was stare at the clouds. (yeah, call me weird if you want to..) I did get this shot though. It's a favorite of mine.
Well, I hope you all have a blessed week.

Hello all! It's been a long ten days since I've last posted. I went to the great land of Michigan for vacation [yes, another...] and had not realized that I was not going to have internet access all week. My great Aunt and Uncle live right on a lake called "Torch Lake." It's water is like a big blue rainbow; the lighter the blue the more shallow the water will be. In fact there is a place in the middle of the lake that is one foot deep, pretty cool! Anyways, I got some pretty cool shots (lakes, flowers, squirrels, etc...) and am excited to share some with you. Although, this week I am at a dance school all week. (!!) So I'm not sure how much free time I'll have, but I'll try to get another post or two of dancin' or Michigan in this week. Well, I'm wantin' to head to the dance going on now, so off I go. Hope you all had a great weekend!
Perrrfect for this weeks pictures. :) This was taken at Lake Michigan, which is the closest thing to the Ocean that I know of. It is beauty to the extreme.
I was about to put a flower picture from my trip, and then as I went to find it to upload I saw this one....pretty interesting shot, I think.
Fresh watermelon; a summer must!
I had to HUNT for a shot for this one. I finally thought about how this has eight words in it. Ingenious, huh? :)
Again, Lake Michigan. If you haven't gone there yet, put it on your bucket list. This area (between the trees) had a wonderful breeze, as opposed to having a headache with the scorching hot almost hundred degree weather, so I sat there for a while. Okay, a long while. [smile]
Here's a quote for ya:
"The truth will set you free, but first it will make you miserable." -unknown
How true is that?! But following the way of the truth is so worth the pain that comes before it.
.....errr..Happy Independence Day, fellow Americans! (a day late..) And if you aren't from the USA, well then: Happy 4th day of July! Celebrate life, if not independence! [smile] Hope you're all having a fabulous summer. While you celebrate our country's independence, please, please do not forget who got us here, who watched over us, protected us. Yes, our founding father's may have done some of that, but it was, and is, our Heavenly Father who got them there, who guided them with a still small voice, who has given us all we have. Praise God. Life is good, God is greater! Be blessed, friends. ~Sveta
