Scavenger Hunt Sunday

1. Travel
Yes, another picture from my trip out west. I did a lot of traveling in those two weeks. First, I flew to Washington state, then drove with my grandparents and sister to Montana. Spent a few days there and drove back to Washington (this time leaving my sister and going with my grandparents). After a few days in WA, I then flew back home and had a three hour drive home from the airport. But travel is in my blood, so I was one happy camper! [smile]

2. Silly
Recently, I rediscovered my love for b&w photography, and my little bro graciously dealt with me one evening as I snapped several pictures of him in b&w. In this particular photo I had originally told him to peek over the chair with a creepy look, but that didn't work too well with him. So then I said "be silly", and this is what I got. Be on the lookout for a post with some more [b&w] photos of this little guy.

3. Black and White
I was getting ready to drive away and get some sunset pictures from up the road and realized that our cat on my car. Well, what was I gonna do... yes, of course! Take a creative picture of the her before I started the car and she ran off. Needless to say, my sister and brother thought it was the greatest thing ever. And this cat has a thing with vehicles...she sleeps on them, hops in open window and doors, etc...

4. Spots
I had to search pretty hard for this one. For the life of me, I could not think of a 'spot' picture, but I found one. I think it pretty well has a lot of yellow spots...

5. Paper
Oh my, I'm not the crying type, but let me be honest here, I have done more of it in the past three weeks than the past six months. God's been working on my heart to surrender my life, my dreams, my all to Him and give Him complete control of me. And if going to confusion and pain is going to draw me closer to Him, then I want Him to send me a hurricane. I'm not trying to state that life is not going good right now. It's just the opposite! Life has been better in the past couple weeks than it has ever been! So many prayers have been answered, and I feel so blessed right now. God is so good.

On another note, I am going to start finishing off my posts with a quote. I hope they encourage you and make you think as they do me.

Okay, enough ramblings! Have a blessed Sunday, folks.

"I can see how it might be possible for a man to look down upon the earth and be an atheist, but I cannot conceive how a man could look up into the heavens and say there is no God."
-Abraham Lincoln
