2 Corinthians 6:3-10 ~ Patience

We put no stumbling block in anyone’s path, so that our ministry will not be discredited. Rather, as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: in great endurance; in troubles, hardships and distresses; in beatings, imprisonments and riots; in hard work, sleepless nights and hunger; in purity, understanding, patience and kindness; in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love; in truthful speech and in the power of God; with weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left; through glory and dishonor, bad report and good report; genuine, yet regarded as impostors; known, yet regarded as unknown; dying, and yet we live on; beaten, and yet not killed; sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.

Our Old Home....in the tearing down process.

The Back side.

I know this isn't the same, but this reminds me of Lucy at the Wardrobe in Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

THIS is what held half of the house up for years! Wow

There was more to our old home, but it has already been torn. I don't have a picture of it before they started tearing it down. We sold our property a couple years ago and moved about 4 miles away. The funny part is...that when Daddy told us that we were moving, us kids told him he wasn't aloud to sell it to anybody except a family with lots of kids. :) Of course Daddy said whoever wanted to buy it could....and guess what a family with 8 kids bought it!! AND there daughter is one of my best friends... cool ey?!

And Now for a Bit of Art and Beauty!

Chives                                                                            Phoxglove

I really love leaves. :)
ART! It's all around us everyday. :)

Beauty.....and just to think even of the idea that all this just "evolved!"

Iris....the last one for this year. :(
That is some of my "art" and "flower/plant" pictures I've taken this week.

Britt Nicole ~ The Lost Get Found

This video is full of truth, we need to reach out to the people around us that we see everyday.....missions is not all about over-seas. Missions is about reaching out, you can reach to your neighbors, through foster care, ect..... This has encouraged me to reach out to others, and not just say, "You have to go over-seas to reach out and change a person's life." No, I'm not oposed to doing over-sea's missions, that is actually my goal in life - to go to and Indian Villiage in Peru and live with a missionary family and rach out through my example and the way I live. I encourage you to look around and see the lost and help them to find Jesus. Just being an example through the way we live is reacing-out. I am still working on that 'example part', but I'm getting there...we're never perfect, we've all got our falts. :)
